Sneak some veggies into your afternoon snack with a refreshing and delicious twist on a classic sandwich.
Lettuce: It's a Wrap
1 large piece of romaine lettuce
2oz slice of roast turkey (or lunch meat of your choice)
1/2oz pepper jack cheese
4 slices of red pepper (or yellow or green)
1/5 an avocado
Mustard or dijon mustard (optional)
1.) Lay out your piece of romaine lettuce.
2.) Add turkey, cheese, pepper slices, and avocado.
3.) Add some mustard for an extra zip (if desired).
